A CANADIAN AGRICULTURE-FOCUSED INITIATIVE
The International Youth in Canadian Agriculture (IYCA), previously African Youth in Canadian Agriculture (AYCA), partners with the industry, academic institutions, provincial and federal governments in Canada to help youths from underrepresented communities in the field of Agriculture in Canada.

Our initiatives and outreaches:
Increase the representation of underrepresented youth in the field of Agriculture.
Ultimately contribute to improving food security for the growing world population.
High School outreaches with the aim of guiding youth to fulfilling careers in the Canadian agriculture workforce.
Increasing job opportunities and enhancing integration into the Canadian workforce.
