The International Youths in Canadian Agriculture (IYCA) Mentorship Program invites experienced professionals to invest in the next generation of leaders in agriculture, food systems, and related fields. As an IYCA mentor, you will support youth and early-career professionals by sharing your experience, offering guidance, and helping them navigate academic, career, and leadership pathways. The program is delivered primarily through virtual mentorship.
